We use analytics tools to understand how people use Gigoso, so we can fix problems and improve the product. This includes the pages and screens you view, the features you interact with, device and browser type, and general location derived from IP address.

On both our website and mobile app, we may collect session recordings and screen recordings for a sample of visits. These recordings capture how you interact with the interface, such as taps, scrolls, and navigation, so we can identify confusing flows and bugs. We take reasonable steps to mask sensitive input fields, such as passwords, in these recordings. We do not use session recordings to sell your data to third parties.
